All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly mentioned before payment.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details, if available, so you can track your order status.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and other details are correct at the time of placing the order. Framingokart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images of the product and packaging.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue. Resolution time may vary depending on the courier service.
