Refund policy

We have a 7-day Replacement Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for replacement, your item must be damaged, broken, or wrongly dispatched. You must also provide an unboxing video as proof to be eligible for replacement.

If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you a replacement shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacements

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item and inform you whether the replacement is approved or not. If approved, your replacement will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that delivery may take additional time.
